| Students successfully completing the Business Ownership class will learn how to set up and operate a small business. Classroom instruction will include business systems and functions, advertising, marketing, merchandising and technology. Students will study effective selling, customer service, cashiering and loss prevention. Upon completion of the class, students will have the components necessary to start, operate and maintain a successful business. Up to 20 units may be earned for approved work outside the classroom. This course receives math credit. |
