This full-year program provides students with an in-depth study of health care careers including actual clinical experience in a variety of areas. Instruction includes intermediate anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, diseases and disorders, medical ethics and CPR and first aid. The class is designed to prepare students for Advanced Health Science courses and/or a variety of health technology programs. Prerequisite: Biology. UC Credit pending.
