| This is a continuation of the curriculum provided in Computer Service Technology 1 and 2. It is designed to provide on-going computer support throughout the high school campus. This course uses a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on assignments to develop skills required to solve computer user problems in a real-time work environment. The focus is to provide students with real experience in computer desktop support, minor networking, and interaction with customers. Students will apply technical and customer service concepts learned in the classroom to practical experience in the field. | |||
