Computer Animation (TANA)
Students will learn the creative process for producing 2-dimensional digital animations. Students will write short stories, draw sketches and storyboards; develop original characters, backgrounds and objects on two-dimensional software, to finally produce short animations.
Culinary Arts 1, 2(TIYA /TIYE)

Competency-based course geared to California Restaurant Association and American Culinary Federation to prepare students for entry level positions; Serve-Safe, basic culinary, knife skills, basic cooking techniques, meat classification, grilling, soups, appetizers and Hors d’oeuvres, Garde-Manager skills, pantry skills, soups, and plate presentation. Mission College Credit.
Digital Photography 1, 2, 3 (TACAP/TACEP/TALAP)
Adobe Photoshop; hands-on, digital photography essentials, lighting, set design, studio configuration, lighting, field issues, camera operation, software interfaces, color management. UC “f” credit.
Marketing 1, 2 DECA (TMMA, TMME)
Preparation for entry-level marketing positions. DECA student organization participation encouraged. Internships may qualify for up to 20 additional credits. This course receives general math credit, college credit at Ohlone, Chabot, and Mission Colleges.
Business Ownership and Management (TMSA)

Set up and operate a small business; business systems and functions, advertising, marketing, merchandising and technology. Effective selling, customer service, cashiering and loss prevention. Up to 20 units may be earned for approved work outside the classroom. This course receives general math credit.
Online Business (TMJA)

Learn how to buy and sell online; make money while learning how to setup and run an e-commerce business; inventory control, shipping, receiving, marketing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service, pricing. This course receives general math credit.
Law Enforcement/Homeland Security (TPJA)
Students learn legal vocabulary, search and seizure, laws of arrest, judicial systems, specialized police practices and improvement in written and oral communication. Explore careers within the criminal justice system and job search procedures; field trips to local courts, law enforcement agencies. College credit at Ohlone.
