Auto Body Painting and Refinishing 1 & 2 (TIBB/F) Block 2
Body work, MIG welding, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) finishes, custom painting.
Automotive Technology 1&2 / NATEF & AYES Certified (TITB/F) Block 2
General auto repair, brakes, steering and suspension, electrical systems, engine performance. Introduction to hybrid “green” technology.
Computer Tech / Operations (TZHA) Term 1 & 2 (90 day course)
Office, business skills, file management, Microsoft Office suite. Write, edit letters, make labels, file lists, format business forms, PowerPoint, Excel databases.
Construction Technology 1 & 2 (TICB/F) Block 2
Train for jobs in construction, home remodeling, roofing, electrical, plumbing; power tool use and safety. Introduction to “green” construction techniques and products. Math credit.
Culinary Arts/Basic Pastry 1 & 2 (TIUA/E)
This competency-based course is geared toward California Restaurant Association and American Culinary Federation accreditations in preparing students for entry and mid-level positions in the restaurant baking and food services industry.
Digital Imaging (TAYAP)
This course covers the basics of both traditional and digital photography; principles of design, elements of art, art history, multicultural influences. Lab donation.
Digital Video Arts Production 1 & 2 (TADA/TADEP) Blocks 1 & 2

Fundamentals of traditional film/videomaking; production process of documentary and short fiction; analyze film scenes and sequences, camera use and non-linear editing. (Recommend prior class in fine arts, computer applications or digital graphics). UC “f” credit for level 2 class.
Forensic Science / Crime Scene Investigation (TPFAP/TPFEP) Block 2 & 3
Crime scene analysis, hair/fiber/glass analysis, fingerprint comparison, firearms, drugs/toxicology, entomology, blood, DNA analysis, physical/chemical analysis, microscopy, chromatography. UC “g” credit approved. UC “d” credit pending.
Digital Photography 1, 2 (TACAP/TACEP)
Adobe Photoshop; hands-on, digital photography essentials, lighting, set design, studio configuration, lighting, field issues, camera operation, software interfaces, color management. UC “f” credit.
Marketing 1, 2 DECA (TMMA, TMME)
Preparation for entry-level marketing positions or for further education leading to business careers. Internships may qualify for up to 20 units additional credit. DECA participation encouraged. Receives general math credit and Ohlone, Chabot, and Mission College credit.
