Culinary Arts/Basic Pastry 1 & 2 (TIUA/E)

This competency-based course is geared toward California Restaurant Association and American Culinary Federation accreditations in preparing students for entry and mid-level positions in the restaurant baking and food services industry.
Culinary Arts/International Cuisine (TJGA)
This culinary “tour of the world” includes exploration of international foods as well as product identification, correct utilization and cooking methods of foods and beverages from Europe, South America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Marketing 1, 2 DECA (TMMA, TMME)

Preparation for entry-level marketing positions or for further education leading to business careers. Internships may qualify for up to 20 units additional credit. DECA participation encouraged. Ohlone and Mission College credit.

Learn how to buy and sell online; make money while learning how to setup and run an e-commerce business; inventory control, shipping, receiving, marketing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service, pricing.
