MVROP TO HOLD 40TH ANNIVERSARY OPEN HOUSE
FREMONT, CA- Mission Valley ROP will be opening its campus doors to the community for its annual Open House on Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 6:30 to 8pm. The MVROP Open House provides an excellent opportunity for those who would like to learn more about Mission Valley ROP, its courses, career pathways, talented staff, and state of the art building. Every high school campus in the Tri-City area will be represented at this informative event. All MVROP instructors will be present to answer questions from the public. In addition, the Culinary Program, its instructors and students, will be hosting a “harvest themed” menu of refreshments the night of the event.
This year there is a special cause for added merriment at this particular event; Mission Valley ROP is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year. “It has been an honor for Mission Valley ROP to provide high quality, rigorous, and relevant Career Technical Education for high school and adult students in the Tri-City community for 40 years,” Superintendent Charles Brown proudly stated. Mission Valley ROP welcomes everyone in the community to join staff in celebrating this very noteworthy milestone and celebratory event.
