Date: March 27, 2009 MVROP ANNOUNCES 2009 FREMONT, CA – The Mission Valley ROP Fashion Marketing and Interior Design program students will be strutting their original designs on the catwalk of the “Revival Rhapsody” Fashion Show taking place on Sunday, March 29th from 2-4pm at the Newark Hilton Hotel. Tickets are $15 in advance or can be purchased $20 at the door the day of the event This event is planned by MVROP Fashion Merchandising and Interior Design students as a way to showcase their talents while raising funds to support the Fashion Merchandising and Interior Design programs. The fashion show is yet another example of student collaboration between numerous Mission Valley ROP programs including: Computer Graphic Design, Digital Video Arts, Digital Sound Design, and Marketing (DECA). The models for the show are students from the three local school districts. The show is always impressive and never fails to draw a full house. So buy your tickets now! The show is open to everyone so make sure you mark your calendars for this fun event! Event Details Event: Revival Rhapsody Fashion Show About Mission Valley ROP Mission Valley ROP (MVROP) is the regional occupational program for the tri-city area. Established in 1969, MVROP has been instrumental in preparing students for successful business, medical, and technical careers. Through a partnership with Fremont, New Haven, and Newark Unified School Districts, career technical education is provided to over 5,000 students (high school and adult) each year.
