OFFICIAL GRAND OPENING CEREMONY FOR MISSION VALLEY ROP

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

WHO:
A day of celebration for students, families, teachers, staff, school administration, state and city officials, educational partners and supporters of Mission Valley ROP.

INVITED SPECIAL GUESTS:
State Superintendent Jack O’Connell, California Department of Education Officials, State Senator and local Assemblypersons, Alameda County Superintendent, District Superintendents from Fremont, Newark and New Haven Unified, former and current Mission Valley ROP Governing Council Members, CAROC/P Directors and Superintendents, City Officials from Fremont, Newark and Union City, former and current School Board Members from Fremont, Newark and New Haven Unified, and local Business and Industry leaders.

WHAT:
The official grand opening ceremony to celebrate the new Mission Valley ROP Center located on Stevenson and Blacow in Fremont. Superintendent Charles Brown will host dignitaries and community representatives to officially unveil building to the general public. Classroom tours will be provided following the ceremony.
