About the Instructor:
Mr. Rich is a Newark native and NMHS alumni. His interest in business started senior year after taking Ohlone Early College courses. Learning about computer technology and business helped pave the way toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at CSU, Sacramento, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at CSU, East Bay.
The business world is a broad spectrum and throughout Mr. Rich’s career, he has had the opportunity to work in a range of positions in automotive and tech industries including Product Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager.
Mr. Rich transitioned from the private business industry to working in his local community. He served as the College & Career Specialist at NMHS, helping high schoolers explore future endeavors and access resources like scholarships. His work as College & Career Specialist helped pave the pathway to becoming a MVROP Business teacher. He is excited to introduce many facets of business and support your journey in learning.
